This course is approved by the Tessessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission (ADRC) (40.0 Hour TSC Rule 31 General Civil Mediator Course).
*The requirements to become a Rule 31 listed mediator are set forth in ยง14 of Rule 31. To review the requirements go to the ADRC’s website at https://www.tncourt.gov/programs/mediation. For states other than Tennessee the appropriate ADR Commission should be consulted.
