Your Agreement To Mediate. We will discuss essential terms and prohibited terms and consider "new" provisions referencing AI. Sample language will be provided. We will also discuss relevant TN AI legislation.
ABA Opinion 518. A wrap-up discussion about ABA Opinion 518. We will review TN S. Ct. Rule 31 that has similar language and ethical concepts as Opinion 518 which are applicable to all Rule 31 Listed Mediators (currently there are 819 lawyer- mediators and 316 other professional mediators).
Shared Reflections. Also, if you have any mediation issues you would like to discuss, please send them in advance for review.
This session is approved for 1 hour of CME - or - one hour of ethics - or - one hour of general education. Upon completion, you will receive an email from ADRI certifying your participation in the course. You will be responsible for self-reporting your attendance to the AOC.
