In this hour-long presentation, Mediator/Trainer Stephen L. Shields will share his insight on the application of Cialdini’s and Fisher & Shapiro’s Principles, among other psychological insights regarding overcoming or minimizing lawyers’ and clients’ psychological tendencies that can lead to faulty analysis and poor decisions.
